Unless I've made a special note in the product description, all Object Fabricate items are made to order and ship within 2 - 3 weeks from your order date.
On occasion, I will accept an expedited order request, provided no other orders are delayed beyond their scheduled ship date. To request an expedited order, you can message me in the order cart, or send me an email at email@example.com, and I'll be happy to assist.
I use UPS to deliver most Object Fabricate orders, unless USPS will get it to you faster. For best service, please provide an actual street address instead of a PO box number.
Once the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, I will send you and email with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
During heavy shipping seasons, an item may be backordered. If an item is backordered, I will ship you all available items right away. When your backordered item becomes available, I'll ship you the item(s) with no additional shipping or handling charges added to your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know.
To Exchange an Item
To exchange an item, simply return your item with receipt or proof of payment within 30 days, with an explanation of the item you would like in exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed cannot be exchanged.
You agree to pay for the shipping costs of the exchanged item, and I'll pay shipping costs of new item.
In the rare case that I've shipped you the wong item, I'll pay the shipping costs for your returned item and the new item.
To Receive a Refund for an Item
To be eligible for a refund:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed cannot be refunded.
- Receipt or proof of payment must be included with returned merchandise.
Once I receive the returned item, I will issue a credit to your original method of payment.
You agree to pay for the shipping costs of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and are not included in refunds.
Sadly, I do not normally accept returns of monogrammed items. If you would like to contact me to check if I might make an exclusion in your circumstance, please email me at email@example.com, and include your order number in your email.
Stockists, please be aware that my return policy for retail orders does not apply to wholesale orders. Please contact me directly for any needed returns or exchanges; however, my general policy is no returns on wholesale orders.
